Position Title: Paralegal (General Trial/Personal Injury, Bodily Injury)

Location: Tampa, Florida (In-Office)

Position Overview:

The Paralegal position is based in our Tampa office. As a Paralegal, you will perform a wide variety of tasks which include providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. The Paralegal maintains general knowledge of the Litigation practice groups and specialized knowledge of the assigned attorneys’ practice area(s) and clients to ensure extraordinary client satisfaction.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

· College Degree Required

· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with Insurance Defense

· Experience in Personal Injury or Bodily Injury (1-2 years)

· Hands-on experience preparing subpoenas, medical chronologies, document productions, trial exhibits, and working with billable hours (1-2 years)

· Attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills

· Be able to work independently but also work collaboratively

· Strong writing and oral communication skills

· Excellent research and analytical abilities

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Experience with entering billable hours preferred, but not required
