Job Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager/Lender to help businesses across the Twin Cities flourish through responsive, relationship-based banking.


Responsibilities

VP level portfolio managers build and maintain strong banking relationships; ensure client satisfaction and retention; grow loans and deposits from within the portfolio; provide portfolio management for bank leaders, actively participate in team, client, and partner events; and understand risk management.


Qualifications

Mid-level experience (5–10 years). You’ve been in banking long enough to know you love it—and found this role to be a great fit for you. Ideal candidates are relationship driven, hard-working and interested in being a part of a team of great community bankers, have demonstrated strengths in building and growing client relationships, possess strong knowledge and experience in credit analysis and lending to small to mid-sized local market businesses, and enjoy working in an environment of collaboration with other lenders, credit and loan servicing teams.
