Job Description
Bankcard Services is looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative to support our merchants with professionalism, tact and skills. The duties will include good problem solving skills, friendly attitude, task oriented, strong multi-tasking skills, computer savvy, customer service experience, and dependability. Organization and attention to detail are keys to this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Acknowledging and resolving merchant inquiries
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward merchants at all times.
- Keeping records of merchant interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Directs requests and unsolved issues to the proper designated team and/or department.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Assist new potential merchants to set up new accounts
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Korean and English and/or Vietnamese and English and/or Chinese and English (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written skills, including professional written/email correspondence skills
- Excellent work-ethic skills, high motivation and willing to learn new things
- Basic experience with MS Office – focused on Word, Excel and Power Point.
