The Loan Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting the loan team by accurately scanning and inputting loan documents into the system. This position also assists with various operational projects as needed to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scan and upload loan documents into the internal system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enter loan data into the system following established procedures.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow compliance and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
