Job Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with money movement (deposits, wire processing, posting payments) is helpful.
- Self-Motivated
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

- Assist Account Administrator with account maintenance
- Manages tickler requests regarding insurance and account status administrator
- Daily wire payment processing- process payments quickly and accurately
- Coordinate the receipt and disbursement of funds with account administrator
- Ensures all financial transactions are accurately posted and reconciled
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Assist with and help research customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
- Handle and record all money movement within the accounts.
- Communication with clients by telephone and email.
- The wage listed is within the range associated with this position. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience
Salary : $21 - $24
