We are currently looking for a Corporate Trust Legal Assistant to work Monday - Friday at our Branch located at 50 South 200 East Salt Lake City, UT. This Corporate Trust Legal Assistant works as an assistant to Corporate Trust Legal Counsel. Provides customer service and initiates actions in support of the Legal Team. Will be responsible for preparing, saving, and delivering documentation necessary for Corporate Trust transactions and assisting in special projects and requests.

- Assist Corporate Trust Legal Counsel with account set-up and document preparation
- Will help research customer inquiries and requests
- Assist in maintaining and researching the Aircraft N registration records
- Will provide assistance with the verification of the due diligence of new customers
- Prepare documents for filing with Federal Aviation Administration
- Assist Corporate Trust staff members with special projects
- Process correspondence related to transaction requirements
- General filing and typing
- Will be responsible for scanning and saving documents.
- Prepare overnight courier packages
- Interact with customer and attorneys in connection with transaction set-up and inquiries
- Obtain and maintain notary
- Manage the Bank’s responsibilities on the International Registry
- Attendance is an essential function of the job
- Other duties as assigned.
