What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Banker position at Bank of the Rockies?
Bank of the Rockies is looking for a full-time Universal Banker in our Lewistown, MT office to build our team!
Banking or other relevant experience a plus; but not required. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task required. Our universal bankers are responsible for greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, and day-to-day retail banking services such as accepting deposits, transacting cash, and interacting with customers.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, collaborative and works well with a team of other universal bankers. Compliance with banking rules and regulations and company policies is required. This is an entry level banking industry position.
Candidate MUST be reliable and dependable. Schedule is generally M - F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and any conflicts or challenges in conforming to this schedule on a regular and ongoing basis should be disclosed by the candidate.
All positions with Bank of the Rockies require the employee to (i) effectively communicate orally and in writing in the English language; (ii) work cooperatively with colleagues and staff at all levels; (iii) sit and stand in the performance of job duties for varying durations of short, intermittent and/or prolonged periods of time; (iv) use of various types of equipment and supplies such as computers, telephones, pens, pencils, calculators, keyboards and other computer equipment; and (v) be dependable, reliable and be timely when scheduled to work.
