We are committed to excellence in everything we do.We have an opening for a Credit Analyst - ideal candidate will have min. ` years plus credit underwriting experience in consumer, commercial, construction and/or SBA lending. Position will work with and provide assistance to loan officers in processing and review of credit applications, developing and analyzing credit information, evaluating the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, and preparing credit reports; and prepares accurate summaries, cash flow analyses, presents facts and may offer opinions concerning creditworthiness.· Analyzes and evaluates creditworthiness of borrowers utilizing Financial and Tax Return Spreads.· Prepares and summarizes conditions and covenant requirements of borrowers that require bank action.· Obtains credit reports from agencies, including reporting services, credit bureaus, other financial institutions, and bank files.· Prepares factual summaries and credit approvals for submission to Chief Credit Officer· Determines the need for more thorough investigation or additional information contacting appropriate sources for such information.· Reviews and finalizes the credit approval with the Chief Credit Officer.· Submits loan proposal to Chief Credit Officer and/or Management Loan Committee for review and approval.· Assists with the preparation of annual real estate reviews and annual updated financial statements reviews.· Is familiar with and participates in discussions regarding current banking rules and regulations, trade finance and loan products, and marketing strategy.Bilingual in Chinese a PlusCandidate will be subject to investigation through credit checks, reference checks, background checks and fingerprinting checks performed at the time permissible under relevant law.Email resume to: Career@bankorient.comVisit our website at: www.bankorient.com for additional information.Bank of the Orient is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer.
