Compliance Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our compliance team. The ideal candidate will support our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/AML and OFAC sanction programs, assisting with daily regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily transaction screening reviews.
- Assist with daily transaction reconciliation procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the transaction records in systems.
- Perform name screening data update tests.
- Assist with other BSA/AML/OFAC operations in the transaction monitoring and name screening systems.
- Assist with “Know Your Customer” procedure, customer risk rating, transaction monitoring, management information reports, and audit/examinations.
Requirement
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred. One or more years of experience is a plus.
- Must have legal status to work in the United States
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Traditional Chinese (Writing and Speaking) to support business operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
