The Personal Banker serves as a trusted financial partner to our customers by building relationships, understanding individual financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive, personalized service
- Open and service consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services (e.g., loans, digital banking tools, credit solutions)
- Conduct financial conversations that support customers’ short- and long-term goals
- Process customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other related services.
- Process routine transactions accurately while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support branch goals through referrals, cross-selling, and teamwork
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 years of prior experience in retail banking, financial services, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse customer base
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using banking systems and standard office technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based branch environment

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
