About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Commercial Lender at our O’Fallon or Shiloh branch (location will be determined based on the selected candidate). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a loan portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong credit analysis skills, a thorough understanding of loan documentation, and a commitment to providing excellent service while identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze credit information and financial statements to assess lending opportunities.
Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor the financial soundness and performance of new credits.
Maintain and build a strong loan portfolio through relationship development.
Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and support bank growth.
Provide exceptional customer service while developing long-term client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking or lending.
Strong credit analysis skills and financial statement interpretation.
In-depth knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, and loan documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
