DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION:
* Performs a variety of assignments connected with all aspects of teller functions to include Cross-selling of all bank services.
* Cashes checks within assigned limits and following Check Cashing Policies.
* Receives cash and checks for deposit, verifies amounts, and looks for check endorsements.
* Prepares daily settlements of teller cash and proof transactions and balances as required.
* Hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ** Hours could vary – must be flexible.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Previous teller experience preferred but not required
- Ability to deal with the public, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma and cash handling experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet required deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Friendly and pleasant personality
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
