Key Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business, Agriculture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of agriculture or agri-business practices is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred—but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve loan applications.
- Analyze customer financial data and creditworthiness.
- Proactively develop new business through community networking and outreach.
- Conduct calls with current and prospective customers to promote loan products.
- Cross-sell a variety of bank services and products.
- Represent the bank in community events and initiatives.
