Average hours per week:            Salaried 35

Required Hours Availability:  8am to 5pm Mon – Thurs, 8 – 5:30pm Fri, Saturday 7:30am -12pm

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of financial services and customer service.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervising teller and CSR staff at the branch

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, including staff scheduling, training and performance evaluations.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. 
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Review daily reports for accuracy and notify the Supervisor of any potential return items or questionable items.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
• Promote Bank of Pontiac products and services
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions based on Bank policies, knowledge, and experience. 
• Verify that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the risk of fraud is minimized.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of banking experience is preferred
• 3 years of experience in a managerial role

Physical Requirements: 

• Regularly: Standing, Talking, Hearing, Feeling/Touching, Vision – close, peripheral, depth, ability to adjust focus
• Frequently: Walking
• Occasionally: Sitting, climbing and/or crawling, Lifting objects up to 10 pounds

Salary : $45,000 - $56,000
