What You’ll Do

• Support mortgage processing by preparing initial disclosures, reviewing documentation, and ensuring accuracy throughout the loan file.

• Coordinate third‑party items including title work, appraisals, flood determinations, verifications, and payoffs, following up to ensure timely receipt.

• Assist lenders by monitoring loan progress, clearing exceptions, answering borrower questions, and preparing closing documents.

• Maintain system accuracy through precise data entry in the Loan Origination System and core banking system, including HMDA data and customer profiles.

• Manage post‑closing tasks such as submitting documents for recording, tracking final title policies, and supporting investor reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high‑volume, time‑sensitive work with accuracy in a regulated environment.

• Mortgage or financial industry experience—an associate degree with related experience, or equivalent work history.

• Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and loan processing systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Customer‑focused communication skills to support borrowers, lenders, realtors, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.

• Problem‑solving and organizational skills to navigate documentation requirements, regulatory timelines, and exception tracking.
