What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with small business clients
- Identify lending opportunities and recommend financial solutions
- Analyze credit requests and assist with underwriting and portfolio management
- Partner with customers to help them achieve their business goals
- Participate in community and business development activities
- Work closely with experienced lenders and bank leadership to gain exposure to commercial lending, credit, deposits, and other banking services
What We're Looking For
✅ 2-5 years of banking, credit, or lending experience
✅ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
✅ Interest in commercial lending and small business banking
✅ Active involvement in the community or a desire to build local connections
✅ A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
