As an Individual Contributor, this role contributes to the delivery of employee relations policies and procedures that support a respectful, compliant, and high-performing workplace. The role provides guidance to managers, supports case management, and analyzes information to help develop solutions that align with organizational values and regulatory requirements. It strengthens employee relations practices through collaboration, informed analysis, and effective problem solving.
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum 4 years of experience in employee relations, performance management, facilitation or training, operations, recruiting, or compensation.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to use HRIS system.

Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, critical thinking, and decision making and judgement.

Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in consultation, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, data analysis, risk management, and technology literacy.

Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism. Exhibits initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to ethical practices.

Performance Risk Management:
Analyzes and manages casework related to employee performance concerns, corrective actions, and terminations to ensure consistent and fair outcomes. Provides guidance to managers on performance risk issues, supporting effective resolution and documentation. Contributes to continuous refinement of performance risk practices aligned with organizational standards.

Conduct Risk Management:
Assesses workplace situations by gathering relevant information and assisting in determining when investigations are warranted, conducting investigations as needed. Identifies conduct risk trends and recommends improvements that strengthen fairness, safety, and organizational compliance. Collaborates with stakeholders to promote consistent and effective conduct risk practices.

Compliance Support:
Maintains compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations related to employee relations and workplace excellence. Supports cross‑functional partners in addressing compliance requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement. Contributes to initiatives that reinforce ethical conduct and regulatory alignment.

Policy and Procedure Development:
Contributes to the development and documentation of employee relations policies, procedures, and tools. Identifies trends and provides insights to enhance clarity, fairness, and effectiveness. Collaborates with partners to ensure policy updates meet organizational needs and support a consistent employee experience.

Training and Facilitation:
Designs and delivers training to strengthen understanding of employee relations policies and expectations. Facilitates discussions and provides educational resources that support manager and employee development. Contributes to the oversight and maintenance of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics through training and resource support.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzes employee relations data to identify themes, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepares reports and collaborates with analytics teams to support informed decision making and process enhancements. Applies data insights to strengthen practices and promote continuous improvement.
