What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Analyst position at BANK OF COMMERCE?
Job Duties:
1. Analyzing financial data to determine credit worthiness of borrower to evaluate customer’s liquidity and repayment abilities.
2. Gathering data required to prepare and preparing credit memorandums for Executive Loan Committee.
3. Completing early and pre-funding reviews of consumer real estate loans.
4. Preparing various month end reports for the Board and Executive Loan Committee including:
· Large Line Report
· New and Renewed Commercial Loan Report
· CRE Reports
5. Preparing reports involving stress testing the Bank’s loan portfolio.
6. Preparing credit approval packages.
7. Position is responsible for the security of personal work space.
8. Other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Job Skills:
PC skills such as Word and Excel
Ten key and typing skills
Written communication skills
Knowledge of Regulations pertaining to position and to the bank
Knowledge of other systems of the bank deemed necessary
Qualifications:Minimum qualifications include:
- 2 years finance or accounting experience
- Previous banking experience preferred
- College degree preferred
