Role Description The Universal Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, MS, responsible for providing comprehensive banking services to retail customers. This role includes handling daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The Universal Banker assists customers with opening and maintaining accounts, explains product features, and supports loan inquiries and applications. The role also involves resolving customer questions and concerns, promoting bank products and services, and following all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security. Team members collaborate closely with branch staff to deliver efficient, friendly service and support overall branch goals.
Qualifications
