- COMPENSATION:** Hourly $16 - $17

- Review mobile and ATM deposit items for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable banking products, services, procedures, regulations, and bank policies across multiple charters and markets.
- Research item exceptions, discrepancies, and deposit-related issues; escalate items as appropriate.
- Accurately enter, verify, and document item review information in applicable systems and complete required forms and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of banking regulations such as Reg CC and Reg D.
- Complete assigned operational reports accurately and within established deadlines.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage interruptions, and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of prior banking experience or equivalent experience is generally expected.
