Banking Services Representative

The banking services department is responsible for all processes regarding Non-Post and NSF accounts. Coordinates the processing of on us return items and is responsible for processing the charge-back notices. Reviews various reports.

• COMPENSATION:** Hourly $23 - $24

• HOURS/OTHER:** Monday through Friday. Not a remote or hybrid position
• responsibilities And Duties:**
• Processes garnishments and levies and reclamations on customer accounts
• Prints, reviews for accuracy, and mails customer interest checks.
• Maintains all return mail, dormant accounts and customer accounts (may include KMN account maintenance).
• Completes research requests for CO Banks and helps resolve service issues for our customers.
• Reviews various reports as assigned.
• Positive Pay
• Legal and Branch Research, including VOD's and VOM's
• Process Inactive and Dormant Accounts
• On Us Check review
• Process Mobile and ATM Deposits
• Responsible for printing, accuracy review and mailing of customer interest checks
• ATM Live functions as needed
• Revies and monitors return mail
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:**
• Knowledge of FiServ preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred.
• Skills in good customer service and telephone courtesy.
• Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input.
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
• High School or equivalent.
• Banking experience preferred.
