Overview
This position is to support team lead of Project Management Officer to provide oversights of the implementation of cross department and risk stripe impact risk management projects as part of the centralized project management office, including engaging all stakeholders to ensure proper project solution delivery.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Project Management Governance
- Support team lead on the following tasks related to project management governance:
- Develop and maintain project management office policy, procedure, and standards.
- Oversee project management framework implementation and ongoing operations.
- Ensures that the Bank’s project management practices continues to align with regulatory expectations.
Project Management Project Delivery
- Support team lead and project owners to management project timelines and complete project management documentation.
- Escalate risks, issues, and delays related to projects to team lead.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Support with conducting risk assessment, feasibility study, and cost analysis.
- Support with Identification of internal/external risks related to development, acquisition, and maintenance activities
- Support all stages of project delivery phases (initiation, planning, development, implementation, close out, ongoing maintenance).
Management Reporting
- Provide updates on program status, changes, and any issues that arise to team lead during project initiation and implementation.
- Support team lead to monitor and report on risks related to development, acquisition, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare responses for internal / external audit and regulatory exams and reviews.
- Coach junior team member and establish good working relationship with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of relevant experiences in Project management office and Financial risk management.
Specialty in major risk areas such as credit, market and operational risk as well as relevant risk management project experience.
Project Management certification; Risk management certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proactive identification of risks and ability to propose solutions.
- Ability to write formal report and documentation.
Bilingual skills (English and Chinese) preferred.
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
USD $110,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.Salary : $230,000
