POSITION OVERVIEW
The Community Banking Office Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Community Banking office. They will partner with the Community Banking Operations Administrator to ensure operational procedures are implemented and carried out. They will partner with the Senior Community Banking Relationship Manager to ensure sales and service standards are being met.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of client services, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, change orders, Cashier’s Checks, opening and monitoring business and personal deposit accounts, deposit account onboarding and servicing, and Online Banking and Mobile Banking support.
· Maintain records and perform audits as outlined by Community Banking procedures.
· Perform research to find resolutions for teller outages.
· Collaborate effectively with partners to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
· Serve as Community Banking office leadership in the absence of the Senior Community Banking Relationship Manager.
· Provide feedback and opportunities for development of Community Banking staff to the Senior Community Banking Relationship Manager and/or Community Banking Operations Administrator.
· Support marketing efforts to promote the bank’s products and services.
· Utilize knowledge of the Bank’s products and services to effectively meet the needs of our clients, referring to the appropriate partners for additional services when required.
· Demonstrate ongoing learning agility by actively participating in continuing education opportunities.
· Consistently provide a high level of client service, both internally and externally, representing the Bank professionally, efficiently, and tactfully.
· Fulfill responsibilities under the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. This may include identifying customers properly, initiating CTRs and SARs investigations as needed, utilizing OFAC records and maintaining appropriate records.
· Adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures and all Federal and State laws and regulations.
· Perform any other duties, as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent education. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum three years of banking experience, to include teller operations, preferred.
· Minimum one-year experience in a mentor role preferred.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
· General office environment that requires the extensive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
· Frequently required to sit / stand for extended periods of time, reach with arms and hands, stand, walk, stoop, talk and hear.
· May be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
