MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST - HYBRID(Full-Time or Part-Time)
The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports the Bank's marketing and communications by creating content, managing the digital presence, ensuring brand consistency, and executing initiatives. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and the external marketing agency.
- Manage and update the Bank’s social media and website content
- Create marketing content for email campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and print materials
- Coordinate with the Bank’s external marketing company to implement advertising campaigns and communications for all Bank locations
- Collaborate with executive team to support strategic needs through client and team communications
- Ensure all marketing communications reflect corporate culture and comply with applicable financial industry regulations
- Assist with marketing initiatives that promote bank products, services, and community involvement
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Assist with the execution of digital marketing initiatives such as paid advertising, email campaigns, sponsorships, and social media promotions
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Assist with marketing support for community and client events and sponsorships
- Strong communication, excellent time management, and effective project management skills are essential
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Creative thinking with the ability to collaborate on marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
- Proficient in Office Suite software
- Comply with all requirements, policies and procedures of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and attend all mandatory BSA training as needed for this position. Additionally, required to complete all required compliance and regulatory training, not limited to BSA. Managers are responsible to ensure staff/departmental attendance.
- Degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas
- Experience managing social media platforms, creating marketing content, or supporting marketing campaigns
This role primarily involves working in an office environment, requiring extended periods of computer use. Occasional travel to various locations within the bank market.
$18.00 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience)
