RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop measures and strategic plans to foster Treasury Services growth and expansion of US Multinationals in LatAm.
Assist client with developing effective treasury solutions for their treasury banking activities.
Identify and develop effective treasury services to top names selected clients.
Maintain strong client focus, treasury industry expertise and broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.
Collaborate with other Lines of Business to close and expand new business in Latin America.
Communication and implementation of solutions to meet the client needs.
Analyze economic and market indicators to project future market movement and to determine positioning with clients.
Help monitor compliance policies and regulations in Latin America.
Evaluate and execute continuous industry, competitor, and counterparty analysis to formulate and optimize client penetration strategy for Treasury services.
Generate reports, focus on revenue achievement, and analyze data for Sr. Management.
Identify, design and advise US, European, Asian and Latam multinationals on the broad platform of market trends, regulations, suitability for specific clients, liquidity parameters, and pricing terms.
Facilitate multi-regional revenue by driving responsible growth and enhancing overall client relationship.
Evaluate treasury cash management related procedures as it relates to the Latin American countries.
Analyze volume and transaction flow to ensure pricing meets profitability margins according to the responsible growth strategy.
Perform Cash Management platform presentation for Multinational’s decision-makers at HQ and subsidiary.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related; and
5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Identifying, designing and advising US, European, Asian and Latam multinationals on the broad platform of market trends, regulations, suitability for specific clients, liquidity parameters, and pricing terms;
Facilitating multi-regional revenue by driving responsible growth and enhancing overall client relationship;
Evaluating treasury cash management related procedures as it relates to the Latin American countries;
Analyzing volume and transaction flow to ensure pricing meets profitability margins according to the responsible growth strategy; and,
Performing Cash Management platform presentation for Multinational's decision-makers at HQ and subsidiary.
25% - 40% domestic and international travel required, as necessary.
