Job Description:
We are looking for a junior Equity Derivatives Sales professional to support our Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) and systematic equity derivatives business. The role will focus on client coverage support, product distribution, and close collaboration with trading, structuring, and quantitative teams.
This is an opportunity for a candidate with strong markets exposure to deepen their experience across systematic strategies and equity derivatives solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior sales coverage of institutional clients across equity derivatives and QIS‑linked products
- Assist in the distribution of systematic strategies including volatility, dispersion, correlation, carry, and bespoke indices
- Partner with structuring, trading, and quant research teams on client requests and idea generation
- Prepare client materials, presentations, and market commentary related to QIS strategies
- Help manage the day‑to‑day lifecycle of QIS indices and structured products
- Develop a strong understanding of client portfolios and product suitability
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Equity Derivatives, structured products, or related markets role (sales, trading, structuring, or research)
- Solid understanding of equity derivatives and financial markets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quantitative concepts
- Clear communication skills and interest in client interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field required
- FINRA registrations (or ability to obtain)
