Position Summary:
Bank of Advance is currently seeking a personable and detail-oriented full-time CSR to join our team. This individual will play a key role in providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service to our customers, handling a variety of banking transactions, and supporting the overall success of the branch.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service at the teller line.
- Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and account transfers.
- Accurately balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank of Advance’s products and services to effectively assist and refer customers.
- Uphold bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including confidentiality of customer information.
- Assist with branch operational duties such as vault and ATM balancing, night drop processing, and other tasks as needed.
- Represent Bank of Advance in a professional and community-minded manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous teller, cash-handling, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic math skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including some Saturdays as required.
Schedule:
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Schedule may vary based on branch needs, including weekday and Saturday shifts
