Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Banking Center Manager at our Independence, MO location. The Assistant Banking Center Manager will support daily operations of the banking center, ensure a high level of customer service, and assist in achieving sales and performance goals. The role includes overseeing the daily workflow, managing banking transactions, assisting customers with products such as loans and deposits, and supporting team development and engagement within the banking center. The Assistant Banking Center Manager will also contribute to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Knowledge and experience in handling Loans and Deposits
- Understanding of Finance principles and banking operations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous banking or financial industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
