Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00pm.
Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:
Provide loan operation support for primarily basic to standard complexity level retail, commercial, and agricultural loan requests.
Assist loan officers with the organizing and tracking of loan request supporting documents.
Obtain credit reports and perform and request searches applicable to a loan request, such as collateral lien searches and flood determinations.
Communicate and coordinate with customers, appraisers, attorneys, title companies, and other third-party stakeholders, thus facilitating an efficient flow of the loan request.
Complete file maintenance updates.
Process loan transactions.
Maintain technical exceptions and tickler lists.
Complete lien perfection processes for all applicable collateral.
Maintain physical and electronic loan files in accordance with established procedures.
Complete all work promptly with attention to detail.
