Job: Program Specialist
Banisters Leadership Academy | Box Butte County, NE Part-Time | $15-$17 per hour (Based on Experience)

Banisters Leadership Academy is seeking dependable, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping youth develop leadership, confidence, character, and teamwork skills through engaging programs and activities.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the setup and facilitation of youth leadership programs
- Recruit and engage youth participants
- Build positive relationships with youth and families
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive program environment
- Help foster leadership development through fun and interactive activities
Schedule
Up to 16 hours per month
Program Sessions:
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- 2nd & 4th Thursdays: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
- Weekly pay
- Up to 3 hours of paid training
- Program shirt provided
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- Passion for working with youth and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
