- Take customer orders accurately, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining areas, and kitchen equipment, following sanitation guidelines.
- Manage cash register operations by processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Assist with food safety management by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, and operating kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
