    PHYSICAL SCIENCE/CHEMISTRY TEACHER

    Current Maine certification in Physical Science (required).
    Additional endorsement in Life Science (preferred).
    Strong academic background in Chemistry (required).
    Ability to engage, challenge, and support students.
    Ability to implement inquiry based instruction.
    Ability to use technology effectively in instruction
    Knowledge of state and national science standards, including NGSS.
    Familiarity with a variety of assessment techniques
    Ability and desire to work with students on research projects associated with STEM
