As we expand into a brand-new thoughtfully designed space, we are seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner to step into a pivotal dual role as Medical Director and Aesthetic Provider. Role Overview
In this role, you will perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser procedures, and skin rejuvenation services. You will conduct comprehensive consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver exceptional aesthetic outcomes.
As Medical Director, you will:
· Oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance with Maine medical and nursing boards
· Establish, refine, and maintain protocols and safety standards
· Provide supervision and delegation to clinical staff including RN’s, aestheticians, and \
· Fostering a culture centered on excellence in patient experience, safety, and outcomes
· Collaborate closely with an affiliated plastic surgery practice, with opportunities to integrate surgical and nonsurgical care pathways

Qualifications
- MD or DO (board-certified or board-eligible) or Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Maine (active, unrestricted)
- Board certification required (or eligibility for physicians)
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or women’s health strongly preferred
- Skilled injector with strong consultation abilities
- Demonstrated leadership mindset with attention to safety and compliance
