What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Bangor CPL?
We are looking for Production Supervisor to produce exceptional products according to Dunkin' Brands standards. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise the production personnel, Ensures that product meets Quality Assurance standards, freshness standards, and are delivered on time in good salable condition. Ability to scale, weigh, measure and mix all of the necessary ingredients to produce cake dough. Load and operate the sanitary donut machine. Produce cake rings, cake munchkins, product as required. Fill, frost, and apply toppings per Dunkin’ Donuts specifications. Ensure all toppings and coatings are clean and available throughout the shift. Check filling weights by variety. Finish the required quantity of each variety to fulfill all store orders in a timely manner. Record shortages, overages, and communicate discrepancies to Plant Manager. Clean and sanitize the utensils and equipment relevant to the cake production. Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, maintaining good personal hygiene. Perform according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
