We are hiring a full-time Director of Operations to lead and oversee the daily operational functions of our restaurant. This position plays a key role in managing restaurant performance, improving processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The role is an on-site position based in Massapequa, NY.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, focusing on streamlining processes and improving efficiency
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions
- Team Management experience, including team leadership, motivation, and fostering collaboration
- Knowledge of Budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control to manage resources effectively
