What You'll Do
As a Kitchen Helper, you'll be an essential part of our back-of-house team, assisting with a variety of tasks including:
* Food preparation: Washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
* Dishwashing: Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized.
* Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping kitchen workstations, floors, and storage areas tidy and organized.
* Receiving and storing deliveries: Helping to unload and properly store food and supplies.
* Basic cooking tasks: Assisting chefs with simple cooking procedures as needed.
What We're Looking For
* No prior kitchen experience is required; we're happy to train the right candidate!
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing for long periods).
* A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Reliability and punctuality are a must.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
