The Solution Architect will collaborate with our sales teams to design and define the solutions in Bang & Olufsen’s large VIP and high-end projects on a global scale; this role is the corporate face of our Technical Solutions team working closely with the sales team and Project stakeholders.

Compensation:
Salary: 90,000 – 125,000 USD annually

- Professional Solution & System Design
- Inspiration &Experience consultations
- Specify & create new custom solutions aligned with Sales/R&D teams, including supporting sales and back-office teams in the technical side of the sales process
- Identify, coordinate development of technical solutions
- Source, collaborate, advise, and supervise installation teams appointed to implement B&O and non-B&O product solutions to commercially agreed targets
- Define/create documentation process on VIP projects
- Evolve and help develop solutions for project installations
- Be a highly skilled technical advisor and guidance for select VIP projects
- Handover and training to customers and internal support structure
- Technical guidance and design for Special Events
We are seeking a collaborative individual who is able to build trust across the organisation and with external partners and customers. Equally, the ideal candidate is someone who can bring structure and process to complex multifaceted projects.
Moreover, you bring:
- Previous experience running large scale installations, ideally within integrated smart home & AV environments
- An interest in Smart home controls and luxury AV including control systems
- A willingness to learn technology details in-depth, so that they can convey the information effectively
- Proficient project management, planning and organizing skills
- Customer oriented – Commercial mindset, but a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- Able to meet objectives and fulfill commitments
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to work across cultures and teams; great collaboration skills (Internal and external)
- Fluency in English, both writing and speech
