Responsibilities:
- Greet and screen all visitors, vendors, staff, and family members on the weekend shift (1p-6p), open to every other weekend
- Answer all phone calls, receive mail, and complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills
- Support the administrative team in maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
