Requirements for Maintenance Director:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in maintenance


Job Duties for Maintenance Director:

  • Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting
  • Respond to buildings/residents maintenance needs
  • Oversee maintenance staff
