Harbor House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located just off of 3A in Hingham, is currently seeking a Full-Time Staff Development Coordinator/ICP (RN). Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Requirements for ICP/SDC:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
  
  
  

Job Duties for ICP/SDC:

• Assure appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of quality patient care
• Collecting/tracking of COVID testing within facility
• Staff education/orientation
• Communicate with other departments, patients, and families to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach
• Oversee staff and assist when needed
