The Quality Specialist is responsible for wide variety of administrative tasks in support of the Quality Department.
**Primary Duties**
Salary range for this position is $20.00-$28.00/hour
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment where required at all times (i.e., steel toed shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection).

**Quality Specialist**
The Quality Specialist is responsible for wide variety of administrative tasks in support of the Quality Department.
**Primary Duties**
- Customer contract/purchase order review
- Shop traveler review and buy off
- Customer shipment certification package creation
- Customer Source Inspector Liaison
- Customer audit point of contact
- Internal AS9100 auditor
- Supplier/vendor quality maintenance
- Quality stamp control
- Must have an aerospace quality background and experience with AS9100.
- Must be competent in MS Office programs.
- Must be familiar with ERP systems.
- Must be able to create and maintain files in an environment where the retrievability of records is critical.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Must be capable of interacting with employees, managers and customers in a professional manner at all times.
- Preferred candidate will demonstrate a willingness for self-improvement via ongoing training.
- Must be able to lift items weighing as much as 20 pounds (infrequently as an administrative/office job may require).
- Must be able to conform to the companyandrsquo;s code of conduct, safety and attendance requirements.
