SERVICE MANAGER WITH ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL BACKGROUND 100K Plus Bonus OpportunitiesService Manager wanted to lead a team of installation and maintenance technicians in the installation, inspection/testing, and repairs of low-voltage systems in high-rise office buildings. The service manager must provide primary technical oversight and direction for the services to be performed.Applicant must be capable of receiving and immediately dispatching emergency service calls, scheduling maintenance work as well as generating new service work plus tracking/managing all P&Ls and service requests obtained by office personnel. Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to tracking and closing out all maintenance calls. providing follow-up and quality control reports/proposals from the field personnel to verify that all work has been completed in a professional manner. The service manager shall also provide daily P&L reports on billing hours, ordering parts as well as overseeing work performed by sub-contractors.
