BILLING / ACCOUNT MANAGER WANTED
Fast-paced NYC Service Company is seeking an energetic experienced billing /account manager with strong QuickBooks experience and a can-do attitude to be part of a team.
As billing/account manager you shall be in charge of all aspects of client time and material billing to verify all work orders have been billed including the generating of customer invoices, posting of payments, preparation of AIA forms, monthly contact billing and the reconciliation of customer accounts down to an open balance as well as the follow up on collections.
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
· Must have a college degree
· Possess an excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks’ accounts receivable plus invoicing
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
· Capable of typing 50 WPM (will be tested)
· Sharp with numbers and quick with paperwork
· Extremely organized, with a eye for detail
· Able to handle hundreds of invoices and all related paperwork.
· Must have proven work experience in performing customer account reconciliations down to an open balance.
· Must have strong organizational and time management skills
· Have at least 5 years recent relevant work experience working in a mid-size corporate business environment.
