Title: Inspector/Quality Control
Reporting: Fleet Manager
Location: Bowling Green, IN
Work Model: This role is 100% on-site.
Compensation: $25/hr. (negotiable)
Job Summary:
The Inspector will be responsible for conducting post-rental inspections, which identify those items in need of repair or improvement prior to its next rental. You'll use the information gathered from those inspections to create work orders, assigning tasks to the appropriate departments. Finally, once those work orders are completed, the quality control aspect of the position comes into play, where repairs will be verified and vehicles will be staged for departure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use fleet management software (Fleetio) to perform post-rental inspections as the BandWagons return from their tour.
- Create work orders based upon the inspection.
Quality Control & Customer Experience:
- Inspect outgoing RVs for cleanliness, damage, and functional readiness.
- Work with the Fleet Manager to address out-of-the-ordinary maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure all units meet company standards and brand expectations.
- Address quality issues identified through customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and inspection practices
- Proficient with Smartphone (Apple iPhone or Android). This is what we use for our fleet management software (Fleetio, Samsara, etc.).
- Basic Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic competency in all areas of fleet maintenance to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions to maintenance needs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills to clearly direct workflow and set expectations for a positive, efficient work environment and workflow.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive a larger (box truck) vehicle with air brakes.
