What You'll Do
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools using a dishwashing machine or hand wash.
- Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces, shelves, and kitchen equipment.
- Sweep, mop, and keep kitchen and storage areas tidy.
- Empty and clean trash bins, ensuring no utensils or dishes get tossed out.
- Help with food prep, storing deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person.
- The ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
- A professional attitude and respect for workplace safety.
- You’ll spend your shifts in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The work includes standing, bending, and lifting (up to 100 lbs occasionally). You’ll handle hot items, sharp tools, and cleaning materials while following safety procedures.
