Team Member Job Description
As a Bandon Coffee Café Food Specialist, you will be producing the delicious food items that our café is known for. You will be responsible for assessing the cafe's daily needs, preparing food orders as they come in, prepping cold items and washing dishes. You will also support the rest of our team by covering breaks and busy times and assisting with preparing and serving food orders.

The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and a strong work ethic. Customer service experience is preferred, but not required. A food handler’s card will be required within your first week of employment.
Compensation is hourly, based upon experience, plus tips.
Job Duties include:
· Produces items according to established recipes and procedures, quickly and efficiently.
· Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
· Assesses food inventory levels and creates a daily worklist accordingly.
· Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
· Promotes the culture and values of Bandon Coffee Café.
· Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor at all times.
· Always arrives at their shift on time and maintains consistent attendance.
· Able to work flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends and possible holidays.
· Is a great multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks within the café during each shift.
· Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
· Regularly lifts up to 25 lbs. May occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.25 - $16.00 per hour
