Salary: $70,000-$75,000 equity

Requirements
Creative & Conceptual Support
- Assist in the sketching and development of seasonal concepts through visual research, mood boards, and reference curation
- Participate in brainstorm sessions and trend research to support design direction
- Contribute fresh, relevant, and brand-aligned ideas rooted in performance, art, and culture
- Create and update detailed flat sketches using Adobe Illustrator with accuracy and consistency
- Support tech pack development and design file maintenance for each season
- Help prep design presentations, internal reviews, and prototype reviews
- Maintain and update seasonal line plans, BOM updates, and design archives
- Organize digital and physical assets (fabrics, sketches, samples) to ensure easy access and version control
- Input and maintain accurate design data in PLM (Centric experience is a plus)
- Prepare CAD color-ups and design variations as needed throughout the development cycle
- Support communication with cross functional partners through organized file handoff and technical documentation
- 1-3 years of experience in apparel design (internships included), ideally in performance, technical, or lifestyle categories
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and working knowledge of Photoshop; experience with CAD layout and color-ups required
- Experience with 3D tools (Browzwear, Clo)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple design files and timelines
- Curious and creatively driven, with a sharp eye for proportion, silhouette, and functionality
- Familiarity with Centric PLM or similar systems preferred
- Passion for running, movement, or athletic product design is a strong plus
- This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn headquarters
