Bandit Wellness is a high-end recovery and longevity center offering luxury modalities at a fraction of the price you'd find elsewhere. We're growing fast — with multiple locations on the horizon — and we're looking for a competitive, personable Sales Counselor to join our team in Encinitas.

What you'll do:
- Run full-cycle membership sales — from first conversation to close
- Work with warm, quality leads coming through the door
- Build genuine relationships and help members invest in their health and recovery
- Hit personal sales targets in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of sales experience (required)
- Athletic background or genuine passion for health and wellness
- High energy, self-motivated, and great with people — personality matters here
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Smartphone required; available M–Saturday (~45–50 hrs/week)
Compensation:
- $22/hour base 20% commission on memberships
- Average membership: $220/month (plus paid-in-full annual options)
- New reps earning ~$5,000/month — top earners hitting $9,000 /month
- Biweekly pay
- W2 position
