Qualifications:- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
- Schedule interviews and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
- Filing and organizing records and important documentation
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to comfortable learn new software programs
