Direct Support Professionals 2nd shift ONLY
ABA Direct Support Associates (60 college credits required)
Program Manager (Bachelor's degree required)
Licensed Beahvior Analyst (LBA)

Responsibilities
How You Can Make a Real Impact:
- Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals
- Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments
- Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
- Empower children to develop skills for daily life
- Encourage their independence through personalized plans of care
- Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
- Belong to supportive team that holds one another accountable
- Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Qualifications
Requirements for Direct Support Professionals in Residential Programs:
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a related field preferred, for more acute programs required
- Current college students or recent graduates desired
- Valid non- provisional Driver’s License in good standing
- Starting rate $19.19/hr plus differential
- Looking to work:
- 40 hours: Sun 7am-9pm, Monday 2pm-10pm, Tuesday 2pm-10pm & Thursday 12pm-10pm
- 40 hours: Tuesday 12pm-10pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, & Saturday 7am-9pm
Please note: Specific programs may have additional education and experience requirements
Requirements for ABA Direct Support Associates:
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with a minimum of 60 credits toward a degree in Special Education Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
- Looking to work: 40 hours
- Tuesday- Saturday, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
- Starting rate $21.32/hr plus differential
Requirements for Program Manager
- Bachelor's Degree and prior management experience
- Schedules available: Sun-Thur 1pm-9pm or Wed-Sat 9pm-7am
- Starting rate $31.05/hr to $31.68/hr
Requirements for Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required.
- BCBA certification required. *New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required. A PhD in a related discipline is desirable.
- Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred. Prior management experience is also preferred.
- Starting rate: $80,340 - $94,666
- All Compassionate Team Members Must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a current, non-provisional driver’s license in good standing
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
